CEO AND FOUNDER
Sergio García holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from CEU San Pablo University, with postgraduate studies in Business Administration at UC San Diego and Finance at UC Berkeley.
With over 20 years of real estate, asset management, and investment advisory experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US, he specializes in identifying, analyzing, developing, refurbishing, and divesting real estate assets worldwide. His extensive network includes family offices, banks, investment funds, and international retailers. His expertise in European tax-efficient structures also helps investors deploy capital effectively.
Jose Vicente Martín
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS & FOUNDER
José Vicente holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of the Balearic Islands, an MBA from ESADE Business School and the University of Southern California, and a Master’s in Asset Management and Private Banking from CEU University.
As Head of Acquisitions, he brings over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and management. Before joining Unicorn Capital Partners, he served as Head of Leasing for H&M in Spain and Portugal, leading the company’s expansion and opening its largest flagship store in Spain. His expertise in negotiation, investment analysis and consultancy networks.
